Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
